Great app easy to connect with customers and very reliable and the customer service is great and specifically Talia for always supporting and being helpful when needed.Recommend to anyone .

App gets stuck when we need to add more informations, doesn’t work smoothly and you can only upload 7 photos with one try, to be honest - only good for not too busy „time catchers”, who doesn’t Have to work in rush with a lot Of check-outs and same day check-ins. All of the raports takes ages, so our Team leaders Have to give up, as waiting for answer and uploading again takes too long.

Latest update has taken away the facility to know when the next guests are arriving. Major pain ! Not sure why some of these updates are being made as they are NOT helpful !

I accepted 2x 1bed 1bathroom cleaning projects for a host expecting yo clean a 1bed property with 1x guest bed of linen and 2x guest set of towels as 7kg linen, when I turned up to the project they was OVER CROWED 1bed apartments with extra guest beds within the room and lounge accommodating 6 guest meaning EXTRA AMOUNT OF LINEN to wash & dry up to 63kg amount of linen!!!! These apartments belong to LTD company's that don't bat an eye lid if you are put of pocket they are tight ases tricking you with false project listing to get CHEAP LABOUR!!! Beware and ASK how many guest beds are within the property because its NOT CHEAP to wash dry huge mountains of linen!!!

I use the chat feature every time I have a question. You may have to wait a few minutes for a representative to get to you, but it’s well worth the wait. They are helpful and will provide step-by-step instructions to anything I would say that the chat feature is Turners greatest feature of the entire program today I had a chat with Audrey and she was efficient, polite, professional, and provided me with step-by-step instructions for everything I needed to do. Thank you, Audrey. I took one star away because of the Turno platform itself. I don’t like that you are forced to review a client before you actually know what they’re like. The system forces you to rate them or you can’t get to the program to use the program. They need to offer a bypass. I think it’s unfair that customers can cancel a payment for a cleaning that has been completed with substantial backup documentation. Turno allows this to occur and then tells the cleaner that Turner is just a middleman and we find other means of recourse on our own.

They are very good and have availability and support whenever you need it. I spoke to Andy, he gave me a lot of support because I had difficulty with the language, as I speak Portuguese. They have a translator for both meetings and conversations in support. When I said my language, they started talking to me in Portuguese, making me feel super comfortable.
