For me, down only one hour in the last five years

Been subscribed to and using Tuta for nearly a year and loving it. Was a really easy and well priced way to get a custom email up an running too. Email app is clean and fast and I use it constantly and often. Great job!
Be nice if I could even download it but I can’t; received email from Tutanota saying I had to download this version but I can’t because I don’t have 13.0. What now?

Tutanota is a great secure email solution. Zero knowledge encryption is seamless and easy to use, and it’s great being able to trust that my emails are only accessible by me. Only gripe is formatting of content – it’s frustrating having to scroll around to read most emails with no zoom in/out capability – this is standard with all other email apps.
Tuta is a great option! Let’s see how it goes. So far so good.
I would like a way to filter my new incoming mail to a separate folder other than inbox so my reoccurring doesn’t pop up as priority
I have been using Tuta for years, and I used to love it. But for at least a month, I have been regularly losing server connection on both cell reception with my smart phone and wifi connection with my laptop. I have had emails bounce back to senders telling them my email address doesn't exist. I am in the midst of accepting a job offer and securing a new apartment, and it is imperative that emails from my new workplace and apartment arrive in my inbox and for me to be able to respond to them in a timely manner. I chose Tuta for its privacy and sustainability compared to other providers, and I want it to succeed and meet my needs. It is very inconvenient for me to change my email address to another provider and notify all my contacts. I want to be patient with whatever updates Tuta is making right now that are causing so many issues, but I'm about ready to switch to Proton Mail. I had to email my job explaining the server went down, and I may have missed an email. They're probably already thinking my email address looks funny and wondering who Tutanota is, and having to explain my server went down to my employer looks bad for me and for Tuta. And on top of that, Tuta just sent me an in app pop-up asking me to rate, and I couldn't even scroll down to select an option besides "I love it." I mistakenly pressed that option, and was so frustrated the app wasn't allowing me to scroll down to select another option. I couldn't even tell Tuta about the issues I'm having or that they're about to lose me as a customer!
even without subscription, i this service is the best that i use.
