App rarely works wren you try to take a picture of your receipts, so you fail to receive the points.

Hasn’t worked since the update, no points have been added in over 6 weeks yet use the card often

Update Issues

This update isn’t working - I can’t scan my receipts and it keeps timing me out and logging me out - please fix - normally good ( I’m on iOS)

No longer of Value

Unfortunately, you lose your status over time if you don’t use the card. The percentage discount assigned to each card has decreased, yet prices at venues have gone up. Not as competitive as other loyalty groups in the UAE.

Extremely poor application

If there was less than 1* i would rate this app less than 1*! Extremely user unfriendly, poor design, crashes none stop, not to mention that the reward program is waste of time and energy! Don’t even bother this is yet another attempt of NBD to get you signed for another CC! Very few retailers are part of this program so points are useless. Avoid

Scanning a receipt

It’s been few days I am trying to scan a receipt it keeps taking me to enter phone number and then password, also when scanning long receipt, there’s an option to scan long or short, however, it doesn’t enable me to take 2 photos for long receipt. Not impressed
