Generates otp but the otp when entered in the portal gives an error saying please enter valid token.. and when we call the call center they will ask to branch to fix it ..pathetic service

Not working at all after the recent update. Just crashes whenever you try to open it. No other way to do transactions as they have no option of otp. They should arrange alternatives for this
