App force closing after login

Description
U-TOKEN: An easy-to-use Two-Factor Authentication solution for Union Bank of India Internet Banking.
U-TOKEN is an OTP generation application for authorizing login/transactions done on Union Bank of India Internet Banking portal. (Internet Connectivity is required for the application to function) .
Registration Process:
1. Login to Union Bank of India Internet Banking. Go to Personal Security Settings > U-Token > Step1 U-Token Registration & complete registration in Internet banking.
2. On successful registration, confirmation SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number. Download & install U-Token app on your mobile. Tap New User? Register Here & complete registration in app.
3. Login to Union Bank of India Internet Banking and enable U-Token services under Personal Security Settings > U-Token > Step2 Enable U-Token.
4. Now, U-Token will be the Two Factor Authentication instead of OTP for authorizing your Internet Banking transactions.
5. Users having view facility; Go to General Services > Service requests > Step1 U-Token Registration.
Download U-TOKEN now to use the hassle free OTP service independent of mobile network service providers.

Needed an update
This app is updated 9 months ago. It needs an update. Known Issue: not aks for faceid / fingerprint while launching on the very first time of app. We have to enter credentials to login. Immediate after second time launching it prompts for faceid.
Worlds most useless app
We develop these types of app for just Rs. 2000/- App crashes when try to login.. so practically i am not able to use union bank .. will move to other bank.. too much pathetic
UToken not working in iOS
I have done UToken registration and enabled it through internet banking. But app shows again to register through internet banking. Big bug. Please resolve
App crashes as soon as it is opened
App is getting crashed after login. Unable to perform transactions. For disable if UToken also it asks for number from this app. I use iPhone 12 phone with latest OS 16.2
Not able to register itself
Not able to register as I never get otp. For other purposes I get otp. All my transactions are blocked
Not useful and create problem
Very use less app Not generating the token, Even There are no guidelines or instruction s to use it. How to register is present but how to use - no body tells you
Half baked product
Not able to open the app properly.
App gets crashed
After recent update i m not able to open it.. it gets crashed moment when i open it.. very bad experience

When app is opened it says outdated , trying on appstore it doesnt show any update.. Useless app
