It's so sad that you can not get anyone to help change your ordinary phone number to the right one. My account information has been sent to another individual while that person's information has been sent to my email and text messages. I need to be able to check my balance and also see any interactions that are going on within the organization. Unfortunately, this is impossible due to the phone number being mixed up. Please, someone, help me with this issue. Thank you
