Nice but…

Too much bug !

Too slow and hanging

App is too slow and hanging, it’s not ready to be deployed has there are couple of bugs present from my usage.

Uba mobile app rating is the worst

Worst mobile app I have ever used. The network is so bad, I literally have to check if the app will open before I walk to anywhere to buy anything if not they will beat me to stupor.

Bad customer service

Uba is very useless company, my account have been dormant and I apply to reactivate it for me after filling all form And documents they requested from me going to 3 weeks now they promised to call me for verification till now they did not bother to call even after many emails to remind them still no call, this bank is not serious, they are playing with customers

Useless app

Useless app I ever used, since they updated the app, it’s showing that I don’t have an account with them.

Very Slow

App keeps crashing. When it works, it takes a long time to do a task.
