I been using this doorbell app for a long time since now stupid PG&E been shutting down power recently and now the app won’t open when I press the doorbell won’t show it at all so hopefully you can fix the app so I can refresh it again and run back normally

When I first downloaded the app and started using it you could rewind on the live recording screen and now you can’t. Which is annoying because I’ve had instances where I needed more than the 8sec clip given to me. I hope that gets fixed. The quality however is not awful. It could definitely be better but it gets the job done. Also I’ve had people drop off packages and never got it on PIR. But when the wind blows too hard it catches that. It’s super sensitive but also not sensitive enough in some instances. If it wasn’t free I would 100% return it.

We have tried everything we can and still the doorbell will no longer ring our Iphone 11 phones and, the PIR does not work either to ring our phones. We get video stream ok as well as voice but nothing more. Well, we are fed up with this issue now. Time to put them in the trash.

UPDATE- Never responded to my email or review on here. Don’t buy this, there is ZERO customer service. 1 🌟 Doorbell suddenly disconnected. When I reset, device will not enter pairing mode. I’ve tried sonic configuration, QR code configuration, nothing. Worked for a few months before suddenly stopping. That’s the only reason it got 2 🌟 instead of one. The worst part is that it seems impossible to reach any customer service. Hopefully someone gets back to me, but as of now it seems like a have a pretty doorbell with a non-functioning camera on it.

My cameras worked fine before, now I can’t view anything....will will you fix this issue?

Although I have selected English as the preferred language, I am receiving notifications in both English and Chinese. Very annoying since I chose English only. I have tried to change on app but no success. This bug needs to be fixed right away.

Hello?! are you ever going to fix this app?! It worked great before now it’s garbage! $600 into cameras for what?! It’s been MONTHS and still no support!

It will not let you know some walk up it will give no notice nothing 9/8/2020 I had got a new doorbell it work for months now it stop work again it will not ring on my phone
