Username Format Validation
I am trying to register my account but after typing password, it prompts me that my username format is incorrect. I double checked it and its already following all rules of 5-15 characters.

App shuts down when I select pay anyone option. And I complained many times but no response and now I’m stop using ubl bank account 👍🏻

Great interface
One of the best bank app that I have seen in Pakistan. Good security checks and very fast. Very easy to understand.
Why the app is not working?
The app is not working since three days. I have to make important payments and cannot get them paid. The app keeps getting crashed. Worst experience ever.
