How stupid do you think your customers are to say that app suddenly stopped working on last day of the year? I understand you guys need to maintain the record and have as much money in your bank as possible but you CANNOT force us to keep money in the account. I am unable to transfer money to any account but app is able to receive the money? How SHADY

I can add new transfer ac because my phone is non pta j can not gef the otp code
Too slow and low UX
App is too slow Can’t handle multiple accounts on Home Screen
OPT issue
There is an issue while writing the otp manually. I type the number but it doesn't enter in the box. Such a pitty experience it was.
Top Class UIUX
As a UIUX designer, I loved the user interface and user experience of the app, it feels like we are using any international banking app like wise. Amazing work done by UBL team🤞
Unable to read OTP
My iphone is not reading OTP. I am receiving OTP on my num on the same device but my device app is not reading the OTP
Worst Application
I am not even able to enter my code in the application, which I received on my phone
The app is bugging
I can’t signup, in the OTP code option it won’t insert any number, look into it and fix it.
