Unable to login
Hi, I am unable to login the app for few months and I drop several email to customer service but no response. Could you please help to fix this issue.
Complaint
I cannot login to digital app since last 2 weeks, since then I am registering complaints but I must say that UBL customer support is the worst ever I have experienced. They repeatedly doing the robotic jobs without trying to resolve the customer’s real issues. Very disappointing experience, they forced me to change the banking channel after being a loyal customer for over 15 years
Signing issue
The worst app ever used and the worst bank ever opened an account with. Really not even satisfied with this app. Every time i try to open the application and every time signing issue. I restart my internet( data ) have done various updates but still the same. Kindly fix this urgently please.
