I’m trying to update the number but when I try to write the OTP it does work. It overrides the previous digit. It seems like there is this bug which doesn’t allow you to write the OTP by yourself.

I’ve been trying to help my father check his pension status more easily using the UBL Digital App, but unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating. Visiting the bank physically is very painful as he has to visit 3-4 times a month. The app scanning feature never works properly, making it almost impossible to complete the verification process. As a result, my father still has to visit the branch multiple times, which defeats the purpose of digital banking—especially for elderly customers who need convenience

The biometric verification doesn’t work on the phone, it is unable to focus on the fingers.

The app is super slow. It is loading all the time. If you have to change anything in your personal details, it takes forever. It keeps loading and you will never get a response. Very frustrating.

Not able to weite the recieved otp on iphone. Simply refuses to take key inputs.

As I am living abroad and my connected Pakistani number is not working here how can have my OTP if I am unable to use my Sim card? And can I switch my Pakistani number with a roads number. Do I can easily get my OTPs to transfer. I think I can get OTP via email as well but I don't have any registered email. How I can register one.

Opening the account with UBL was a mistake. The app simply doesn’t work at all! For the last 6 months or more the app is simply not working. When I change the password I get confirmation by email but the new password never works. Due to travel I went out of Pakistan and am using another foreign mobile number. Changing my mobile number is proving next to impossible. The customer services uses a template where they conveniently write that the number is not responding. Funny thing is that common sense dictates that one can try something else if the phone call is not working? I was able to call UBL helpline from abroad but they can never call me! Digital app is crappy. The WIZ online card doesn’t work on half of the online shops. I cannot buy ETFs and opening a bank account with UBL is a mistake. 6-7 helpline officers send the email with always the same template and the issue is unresolved for many weeks now.
