I have used this service all my life and it has always been a great experience and the service by the company and driver is 5 star.
I’ve used this company for awhile and the taxi drivers seem nice and friendly. Been using the app for awhile and for the most it works fine. Unfortunately there’s times it won’t let me book and says they don’t except cash payments and to change payment method (I always pay by card in car). It won’t let me change the payment method though, just has the default payment option. It’s rather annoying when you rely on taxis because of mobility issues and you hate speaking on phone.
Whenever I try book a taxi it says cash payment not allowed even though I’ve chosen the card payment method, please get this sorted.
When it’s busy the app won’t let you book. It will say a weird reason that they can’t accept cash even if you have selected card payment. In the age of text advancements, this type of user manipulation is the worst I’ve experienced. Can’t believe it has 4.8 rating despite being this way

I would like to commend and salute the Rainbow Taxi team for their dedication to professionalism, timely service and for maintaining an efficient app that delivers requests from and relays information to customers. Highly appreciated service delivery.

For some reason my login had been deleted this morning where is it? It worked perfectly well two days earlier
