Crap Experience : Buyers Stay Away Humble Request

Bought 2 Dupattas and paid a heavy SGD40 for delivery of these. Then 2 days later i get a email that by the time i ordered it went out if stock. Clearly i requested them to cancel the order as it does not make sense to pay SGD40 transportation cost for a SGD35 Dupatta. But their response also is : You agreed to the policy that we have the right to change your order or cancel and send you what is available. Absolutely ridiculous. They are just holding their customers to ransom. Buyers pls read their policies and ideally i would recommend to stay away and not buy and they are not trustworthy.

Not bad. With 8 days delivery as promised. And in a cardboard box in good condition. Goods were airtight, sealed. Purchased foam was compressed to make more room. And the air bags in the box were mostly still inflated

Users of this app need to take note

There seems the be some bug with the app that your unit number (floor and door number) is being omitted when you make a purchase and causes a delay in your delivery cuz the courier only have your street name. This happened to me for 2 of my purchases and I have to keep tracking till the items have reached my local sorting facility then I called them to update my address.

Not a good app

App load very slow.
