I bought an item for 400+ aed, however my card got charged for 6000+ aed. Although I was able to get back my money (but with some deductions) since my bank has identified it was a fraud transaction. There was a glitch on the site, I got sent a verification code twice that time. It was very stressful for me and considering all the hassle, there's even a deduction from the money they returned to me. Will not use this app again ever.
They cancel your order without you cancelling it , And when it comes to refund it’s always less amount from what you pay, They always use this kind of trick by saying out of stock
I ordered by amount of 199 and they took from my card 498 dhs! As I canceled my order and spoke to customer service they told me that the order is not cancelled, and they just proceed the cancellation, but I didn’t receive any email or further notice that the order got cancelled
thinking twice in ordering item from Ubuy but the reviews i read make me a little bit sketcy...
Extremely bad service, takes around 6-12 hour to respond to my msgs, I ordered a pc case witch took over 10 business days by now and I paid for a fast delivery method witch is 3-6 days, I’m not even sure if I got scammed, when I contact them to ask for my order they always replay too late and with a stupid answer that doesn’t make any sense, I honestly want to refund but not sure how to do that and I am never going to order from Ubuy ever again, I honestly give them 0-5 stars
I ignored all the bad reviews and still used Ubuy and am regretting now. PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS. I ordered and item and opted for “Express” delivery which cost me extra $100 and promised delivery between 3-6 business days. Package arrived after more than 10 business days which is a regular shipping mode. So I asked for a refund and am told we are not responsible for shipping. My question to them was then why are YOU offering the service WITH a commitment?
Do not buy from this application at all, i ignored the bad reviews and the rating but its so true , worst service ever they send me used product open and unsealed ams even the original box is not there and it has been three days till now they didnt refund me they are saying its new while i shared pictures and videos thats even the material and tools as well open and even there is Hair in one of the used mat and its Covied19 now i am not sure of this box has even sanitized, for sure i will complain to DED because this application is just waste of time and money
No customer service number or presence in UAE Their customer service peaple is a punch of dumps and scammers that don't know anything You order quantity of 3 boxes and they send you one box for 2 times in a row !!!! Even dumps will never do that
I ordered a fireplace and what I received had nothing to do with the photo. After 20 e-mails back and forth and pictures and videos of the item etc... they send me no return granted this is the item you ordered. The fireplace has no flames unless the room is pitch black. They are not even willing to grant an exchange or credit for a different item! Worst online shopping website
اسوء موقع جربته في حياتي خلال ١٠ سنوات وانا اتسوق من جميع المواقع الالكترونيه سواءً المحليه او العالميه ، اسوء خدمة توصيل و اسوء خدمة عملاء واسوء اسعار مبالغ فيها و اسعار الشحن ضعف بالمقارنه مع المواقع الاخرى ، واسعار المنتجات تكون اكثر من ٣ اضعاف السعر الاصلي . لا انصح احد بتجربة ابداً
