Bad decision
I know it’s been very common to use the mobile phone in Thailand for bank transactions, but I’ve been very skeptical of the case when the phone is lost. Krungsri should give the choice to use either phone or laptop for ALL kind of services. To save on the maintenance of the website Krungsri will be losing customers. I wouldn’t be surprised to know that Krungsri is the only bank forcing customers to ONLY use mobile phone for some or maybe all services. This is not a step forward to show how advanced Krungsri is, this is a step backward to not allow customers have the right to choose. Food for thoughts Krungsri.
