UDisc Disc Golf

I’ve been using the Pro Version of this app and I will say the money is well spent. Overall just a great app for tracking my progress. Also to address people who do not use cellular internet on the way like me it’s still no problem to use cause if you want to use the map to measure your throws, you can just open the layout at home and the map should still be cached on your phone when you get to the course. Now, I’ve just come back from the course after having lost another disc ans I had an idea for a little improvement. I’d love if besides the “in bag” and “ not in bag” buttons for each disc, there would be another button called “lost”. So I could remember the discs I lost while not needing to delete them.

I was recently introduced to this app while playing abroad. It looked very promising and I was about to use it at home as well as creating and updating local courses (community-driven). However, when trying to use it again later, I noticed this app is completely useless, if you dont pay (profit-driven!) I cant create a scorecard with my friends, my scorecards are not listed in my app even when I get notifications for it.

I cancelled my Pro subscription a year ago and haven't looked back! Now I just play without keeping score or payng useless subscriptions and the game is far more enjoyable!

If you want to find courses near your area and not be lost when you play the course, then this app is for you! I love that I can share the score card with my friends when we play together so they can add their own scores as we play! Thank you Udisk for making this app for all of us to enjoy!

I’ve been using UDisc since COVID. Used to pay for pro, and didn’t mind the price increase until I realized I don’t really use anything that they add. All I want to do is track old scores, remember how I did in certain cities, but I have to pay $30 bucks to see how I played one time. I wish there were tiered subscriptions. I don’t want a range finder, or all the extra stuff. I just want to know how I played at a course. And not even a detailed breakdown. I just want to see +32 or whatever score I got.

This is a must have app for any disc golfer!

I don’t do tournaments, why would I pay $30 to see my score history, that I input myself. Want to use my watch, nope- paywall. Doesn’t make sense, and they botched the community portion entirely. This app has nothing on thediscgolfscene.

Any chance to add functionality to record shots from Apple watch. Doesn’t need to be as built up as in app where you select disc but would be nice to just tap button when I reach my disc particularly so it can record shot statistics (a feature I basically don’t use currently because I don’t take my phone out after every shot)
