UFODRIVE 24/7 EV Car Rental

Held on to my money for two months then cancelled my booking, thus ruining my plans for the festive period. Avoid - totally unreliable service and an annoyingly poor app too.

Great app and company. Car delivery and pick up service is a huge benefit. One issue with the App is you can’t book as it requires a post code and then freezes. I end up booking through website, this issue has been persistent for a few months now. Also, loyalty credits are in Euros, but I live in the UK and they are never used up on bookings - sort of useless. Would be great to be able to use the loyalty credit towards a future booking.

Thanks to UFOdrive, I could finally fulfil my dream of driving a Tesla! The service level is fantastic, and booking is super simple. The verification process is a bit demanding, but it's worth it! The app itself works flawlessly. It's the best rental service I've ever used.

Shameful. Only 50 KM included per day. Baffling. Still no Dublin airport access unless you pay E80 delivery fee. Things were much better a year ago. Now it’s too big for its boots. Charging insane prices for hidden extra. 50 KM included per day is a disgrace. What use is that…. Disgusting. The Ryanair if rentals.

Poorly designed by a team that has no interest in iOS as a platform. Buggy app, for example it throws an error when uploading any document, and needs restarting after logout.

We wanted to use a model Y for a whole day so we could decide whether it would work for us before buying one. At very short notice I arranged to rent one for a day from Canary Wharf. The whole thing was pretty seamless from start to finish. I would highly recommend UFO rental and would use again. By the way we loved the car and will be ordering one.

Excellent car , excellent app and fantastic phone service Mr. Woud in particular !! Not a UFO DRIVE responsibility but the stairs at the Harley Street parking entrance are ( and smell !! ) like a public urinal .. In conclusion , a very satisfied first time customer , will definitely book again

We had a great experience with the car until we needed to charge. We tried 5 different charging spots that the car recommended and we’re on the app, none worked. Ended up paying for charging at a shell station.

Wonderful in every aspect but key works badly in poor connectivity areas. However they can help over the phone.

The app is effective for a single driver but really complicates the driving experience if you have additional drivers (e.g., a spouse, a friend) who would be sharing the rental with you but running the app on different phones and access the car separately. Changes I would recommend: - make it obvious somewhere in the app interface whether the key is on this phone or another phone, already *before* the rental car is picked up - make it easy and intuitive in the app to switch the key to another phone - I shouldn’t have to contact customer service for this - make it easy to check if the additional driver that I added has been properly added to the rental and has the required documentation verified - make it possible to add your spouse to all rentals as default, so I don’t have to remember to tap on additional drivers and enter in her phone number each time - update the rental contract that appears in the app when you pick up the car to automatically add in additional drivers - i have to “sign” this before driving away the car and need to know we’re all authorized to drive the vehicle!!
