Improvement
All options are present but kindly improve the app interface and experience. Otherwise it will give negative feed back to customers 😥 Kindly update the app and fix the issues please update ASAP
Pin error
Seems everyone is facing this bug about pin error. Why is bank not resolving it?
Basic feature like pin change does not work
Gives error message “jsonobject pin not a string” wile changing my pin that has expired. Now can not get into the app at all.
Best service and Growing Bank
I got the banking services on the time, and satisfied RM to help me how to use mobile banking and Internet banking and installed the QR code also.
Not able to set Mpin

Not able to setup expired pin. Very irritating interface. Pin is pin. Why so rule.
App not working
Worst app ever i have used, it’s soo pathetic i don’t know to whom they have hired to develop this app but trust me they have fooled you. I’ll suggest pls remove your account from this bank asap.
Such worst app fix the issue.
Its really slow and show unwanted option .
Doesn’t work
There are so many issues with the app 1. Not able to change mpin 2. Sometimes the app doesn’t work 3. Tried so many times to add beneficiary through app but failed. What’s the point of having this app , if you have to login through web broswer for everything.
