it is showing notifications when I don’t have any
Glitchy
Super glitchy - I have to open the app twice each time for it to load and it’s annoying to have to fill in my full username and password each time. Takes really long to load and is pretty difficult to learn to use. Needs a lot of updates. Also quite poor user interface. It’s really annoying that I can’t save my preferences for the way I want to view my timetable or schedule planner. I have to adjust the settings to filter out staff from all over my state (as I work for a large multi-store company) every single time. Also for whatever reason it shows ex staff still - months or even a full year after they have left the company and are ‘removed’. And transferred staff stay on the roster for the entire next schedule (1-2 weeks) even if they are only transferred for one shift. Overall really annoying app to use and could be fixed with a few simple changes.

Logging in all the time
While this app is great to see your roster & book holidays. It’s inconvenient that you have to keep logging in via email, password then a txt code. It’s frustrating in the busy lives we live!
Hanging App
The app on my iPhone 14 always hangs unless I restart the phone.
genuinely the worst work app on the planet
i am praying for the day my workplace changes over to another app to operate schedule times, punching in etc. why on earth does it take me 4-5 mins just to check my schedule ?? in 2024?? during the age of advancement and AI how do we still have an app that is this slow is so beyond me
Glitchy
It has great features, but can be very glitchy when opening. I also have it set for sending notifications, but it doesn’t. I’ve checked both app and phone settings, and it still doesn’t send me notifications. Once you get used to the GUI, it’s relatively easy to manage, but quite clunky on the front end…so I expect it’s a little clunky in the back end as well.
Please implement Face ID
Logging in with face ID would be so much easier.
