Reason for low score
Why is it so difficult to log into? Writing your email address then password then signing in on the Microsoft phone call just to punch in then yet again to punch out. I usually find I have to do this multiple times too as it doesn’t usually let you access the punch in/out form on the first attempt. All this alone can take over 10 minutes!! It’s just very frustrating…

Not impressed
This app is not all it was made to be it is constantly logging me out and I still can’t get on css I have been over twice to see admin team and even they couldn’t sort it out so I can’t get on the see my wage slips

Poor app
Too time consuming to log in. Email…password…phone call all before I can log in.
Random fact!
Did you know that force quitting apps on Apple mobile devices does not save you battery power? Quite the opposite in fact it’s a waste of time and power. That’s why iOS on your iPhone does not have a “Close all apps” button! So why do I tell you this here? The only reason you can and should force quit an app on iOS is when the app appears to malfunction and you wish to start it from scratch, and I seem to need to do that twice and login twice with this app before I get where I actually want to be. Who is responsible for this app and how on Earth did they get the job? Never will I get the time back this app makes me waste each day. 😞

Does not work by app or sometimes by clock card load of rubbish
