UKG Pro Classic

I’ve honestly never used a work app the has so many bugs and crashes before my place of work started using this. The amount of pros don’t outweigh the cons and probably won’t ever.

Try to login and it just gives me a black screen that won't load, won't allow me to open in a browser or anything. WiFi and internet are fine. This app is useless. Why is it even available if you won't give me the opportunity to access it?

Always having problems with not being able to see my timesheet

No matter how many times I have tried to login it will not let me. For some reason It’ll let me login to UKG pro with no problem but when I try to login to UKG pro classic it keeps saying that it doesn’t recognize my username which is odd because it’s the same one I use for UKG pro. I’ve tried multiple times and even deleted the app and redownloaded but it’s the same problem each time.

Couldn’t verify my bank account. Also, impossible to change my contact info. Useless garbage app.

25% of the time, it works all the time. Otherwise, you’re out of luck.

Experiences system issues every week and is the most annoying and inconsistent app I’ve ever used.

This app works when it feels like. Hate it! Another day of it not continuing when i hit continue after putting the company code in.

The app worked amazing when going thru an android but on and iPhone with apple and safari, it’s a straight nightmare. Safari doesn’t support the page. Makes it so hard to use

It is a very terrible application because when it comes to resetting the password it does not accept the security responses and it never does so and to fix it you have to ask HHR for help.
