Whoever was in charge of the password requirements should be fired. Tax documents got sent to wrong address and came after taxes were due

This app is good when it works and horrific when it doesn’t. One day I can sign in normally with no problems but literally the next day, can’t move past the Continue screen despite having the correct credentials! The entire point of using the app is to not have to log into my work computer when I’m not in front of it! This app has problems if you switch to a new iPhone but keep the same login details.

This app is awful . I miss ADP

Glitches. Way too many.

App is problematic. When you try to select for it to remember your device it doesn’t work and you still have to keep going through the whole login process. A lot of times when you try to log in you just get a blank screen which forces you to have to restart the whole program.

Every week I need to reset my password. This app is horrible

This is the only app I have installed on my phone I have to constantly change my password on!!! I’m tired of coming up with 30 different passwords for this app!!! I should be able to create 1 password n be done but unfortunately that is far from the case this whole app 🗑️

Every one of the features is designed to be as clunky as possible, and not at all end user friendly

This app is absolute trash.

It doesn’t give me the option to remove one of my direct deposit options and when I want to add another one it wants me to put an exact amount. My paycheck is different everytime. Why isn’t there an option to flat out remove one bank account or lets you put 100% of your paycheck to go to a certain account? The developers truly are incompetent
