Absolute garbage. Every single person at my work hates this app. They keep updating the app and then you can’t log in. It’s almost like they try to piss off the people that use their product. Oh and here’s a great idea, screw up the app on a Friday when everyone uses the app. Great job

This app crashes so much, and it’s slower than molasses. The fact that myself and so many of my co-workers have to delete the app and redownload just to log in is just ridiculous. The delay for punching in and out is disastrous. I don’t know if it’s just the company I work for, but ever since the transition to this program was been made it has creating a lot of stress to the workplace and it’s so unbearable. Half the time we can’t approve our time cards to get paid, creating fear of not getting paid and stripping away the motivation to work. Ukg needs to fix their issues fast. A program like this shouldn’t be having these issues, especially if it’s making the employees responsible for their own time cards and approval of the time card just to get paid. Do better.

There is no way this app gets more than 0 stars . How come this piece of junk never works for more than once a month.

I sure love having to type my username and password every time I wanna use the app, then having to get a code texted to me. Normally, you can click the code on iPhone and it’ll be good (iPhone then deletes the message to declutter), but with this app, you click the code and it doesn’t paste and then you have to get a new one sent to you. Two factor authentication every single time is really fun

This paystub is unreadable. It’s the worst stub ever. You can’t understand it at all. Don’t ever get this you’re going to regret it. It must be cheap that’s why our company switched. But you get what you pay for!!!

I never make reviews like this. The app is terrible. It’s the worst platform I’ve used for work ever. My entire office can’t use the app, because it simple does not work.

The app completely changed on me wants my url to sign instead of face id then a code to my phone then its a split screen of everything jumbled together before this happened i signed in and it said “admins updating app, come back later?” Almost 4 hours later before i could sign in and then this

The company I work for brought this to us in May 2024. Absolute junk, messes up our hours and pay. Instead of fixing the issues, they’ve “adjusted” our hours which caused a mass exit and potential lawsuits. The company I work for is covering it up and this app is a scam.

Whenever I open my schedule tab if I want to go back to the Home Screen, I have to close the app and reopen it, making me log in again. Also PLEASE allow us to save the password, this app is extremely frustrating to use

You can not update anything through this app you have to log in on the website and when you try and do that you can’t because it’s tells you you have the wrong password or username and you know the password and the username are correct because you have them wrote down so if you can help it stay away from this app is the worst thing my company ever did
