I have to use this piece of rubbish to see my roster. I can’t get into it. It keeps kicking me off when I do. It should never have been purchased or implemented by my employer. I can’t express in civilized language how frustrating and useless this app and rostering system is.

Wish work had the old system back that allowed staff to see what shifts were available to be worked on OT. This new system is glitchy/clunky. The loading wheel lives on my screen and I need to restart it constantly to get it to work.

This application would be fine if you work at same spot but no Info available of calendar if you work in multiple areas or sites. Can’t easily see start and finish time in calendar Pretty useless

This app is useless had to get the Pro version which is worse the original, and every week l get bumped out of logging into my work and then l have scan the QR code even though l did the update means nothing, this App is useless, either fix it or just wipe it off completely

Impossible to find a QR code. Nothing works. It’s terrible. I don’t know why people want to make life so difficult

This app has given me the most frustration out of any apps I have ever had. It is so buggy and I have had to reinstall it so many times to ‘fix’ errors yet they still come back. The swipe side option does not work half of the time or I am stuck with a loading circle on the main screen. Multiple issues haven’t been resolved, do better

Honestly the worst app. Won’t log me in half the time. Constantly need to close app down and start again. Each time I update I pray the bugs are fixed but still takes me atleast 2 mins to login so I can punch in and out for breaks.

Chose 1 star as I can t chose none, it just will not let me log in, I presume my company pays for this service? It’s just useless

Don’t know how they accomplish it, but somehow they made an even worse app that doesn’t let you sign in majority of the time
