Я просто не розумію, чому державний застосунок працює через раз. Я постійно маю скриншотити свої білети, бо не знаю, чи пропустить мене «Укрзалізниця» у мій же кабінет. Купа багів, які не фіксяться

Після придбання квитків, одразу надійшов дзвінок про зміну паролю в Приват 24
Не надійшло повідомлення про продаж квитків
Хоча було ввімкнене сповіщення, мені не надійшло повідомлення, що квитки поступили в продаж. Довелося викупати ті білети, що мало підходять мені в дитині.
Не вдається придбати пільговий квиток через застосунок
Не вдається придбати пільговий квиток за наявності 2 групи інвалідності, змушена їздити в касу, а квитки не завжди є. Прошу допомогти розібратися в даному питанні . Дякую
