Двічі списали гроші

Купуючи через цей app один квиток , двічі списало з рахунку, попередньо написавши що сталася помилка. Але гроші зняло. Дуже багато глюків

It has all the needed info so beautifully conveniently arranged! I was so exited about this app quality- I went to App Store to leave a review!

If you’re making this app the only place to buy certain tickets, MAKE SURE IT DOESN’T RANDOMLY CRASH

It’s bad enough that only one car is available for purchase on Kyiv-Vienna train, if the app crashes while you make the reservation, you can’t get ANY tickets at all

Improperly transliterates your name

DO NOT USE THIS APP! It transliterates your name so that it WON’T MATCH YOUR PASSPORT!

СМС на Американский номер не приходит

Добрый день! Не могу войти в приложение, т.к. не получаю смс с кодом на номер сша. Исправьте данное недоразумение. Данный bag наблюдается более месяца. ((((((. Поместите на страницу ожидания пароля какую нибудь кнопку для обращения в поддержку. Очень user friendly ((((

Not working

I’m in USA and was trying to purchase a ticket, the app won’t send a code to an America number despite it does allow you to select it, the website won’t load too and there is no support button.

Can I really be so naive to expect working app?

This app did not work for me when I have used US number. - area code +1. I guess it is only for people with +380 country code. Moreover, the website of uz.com.ua is not reachable from USA,- I needed to use VPN to make it think I am in Ukraine. I understand the war and stuff, but I bet it was not working before the war either. Please, please get your act together if you want to appear hospitable to people from other countries (including your expats, like me).
