App requires an account to buy tickets. Account setup requires text message verification, but the app won’t send a message to US phone numbers. Basic thing that makes the app useless to international visitors. Please fix!

Den minst användarvänliga, mest otydliga och omständiga app jag någonsin använt! Tack för nostalgitrippen tillbaka till modemtidernas layout och teknologi! Nästan roligt hur någon kan konstruera en sån dålig app idag. Skulle undvika att bo i Uppsala bara för att slippa använda den.

Very good app

When one purchases a ticket, they also have to purchase how long the ticket is valid for use. It’s nothing short of a racket. Use SJ as an alternative.

Like others said this app can’t accept foreign credit cards. It’s useless for foreigners unless you have a credit card that can be added to the app.

Version 3.50 har dålig design

The app is fine for figuring out where the bus goes and what time, but if you are an exchange student from the US, you can’t use your card to buy tickets. It’s very frustrating.

Will not accept my USA credit card. Soo annoying.

The app is not working at all! It always fail to start! I was wondering how is that possible with an official app for big city like Uppsala?!!

Konceptet bra. Men för mycket strul med appen. Den visar ofta fel tider på bussar. Kul att kunna se vart en buss är, men väldigt sällan det faktiskt fungerar. Ofta problem med att min biljett inte syns i appen trots att den är köpt. Eller att hela appen kraschar. Trafikstörningar-notiserna är värdelösa. Sägs bara att man fått en trafikstörning men appen säger inte vilken resa det är som är påverkad.. Hade önskat en mer stabil app.
