Devs don’t care about their player base.
After playing it for longer than a year I decided to make some other purchases other than the monthly season pass. I would guess I spent over $1000 on my toons, however my $20 refund I made for an item I did not receive froze my account. I am not able to access my other toons or my main toon. I tried reaching out to the devs but with no luck.
some stuff in your ads hasn't been added yet
So it may show stuff like fusing pets and stuff, but that's not even in the game yet so why is it there but will it ever become into the game? Who knows it will will it not?

Honest review for devs
For the F2P’s who are about to read this don’t fill discouraged it’s still a very fun and active experience. The seasons last for 14 days IRL then you merge with a main server. You meet many people and need excellent team work to get far it’s very exciting even with 2nd place. I have played since 2020 and I have enjoyed a lot of things added and changed over the years. The key points in this are. •I’m tired of getting 2nd placed because the other team drops a thousand dollars to beat my team it’s very disappointing. •I’ve never won free to play but have gotten second and top five hundreds of times literally have to spend to win •I’d like a free server for the community I feel it would be very popular and the the people who spend money won’t be in there anyways. If you separate the spenders to one server it should produce more money since they compete with fair game instead of just wining with a few hundreds. The pet system is beautiful now and I like the new events but if like a mid tier of pet that can carry further than mythic and legendary for example it will have modest damage like a epic rarity pet except it cast skills like the nunu pre pet patch.
