Cannot enter the game
It is a very great game. After changing to a new phone and tried to install it but cannot enter the game. Been trying lots of time and tried waiting to enter the game but still stuck at the “Connecting to server…” page. Already tried to clear the cache still the same. Uninstall & reinstalling the game but the same thing still repeat.

Account has lost, twice.
I lost my account twice from this game… First time maybe I didn’t bind to any social media. But second time, I’m sure I had bind to my Facebook account, because I used to play on 2 different device. End up what I had from customer service is, logout fb account, logout game, close game, login game, it’s still the same.
A new feature
I really think you guys should add quick account switch because everytime i want to switch accounts i have to leave the game and delete the tab and open the game again its just tiring so I really hope that you guys will add this feature

Hey! Just want to let you know its an amazing game, i enjoyed it so much. But suddenly my character stucked at loading screen. My other characters worked fine. Only one stucked. Please fix it. Thank you

Problem with party
The game is good. Key for this game, although its idle, its must play by 4-people. So maybe, the matchmaking can be really fast, can get a same country, same level etc. Please workout on this. And please HIRE SOMEONE TO MAKE A YOUTUBER FOR THIS GAME.
