最近一直无法登陆，莫名其妙提示密码错误，要求一个小时后登陆，于是改密码，发过来短息有一个改密码链接，打开链接改完密码又发过来一个验证短信，输完验证码又提示出错，打几次客服电话，说一堆废话，还是改不了，真是服了你们了，一个简单的app做这么烂，你们也是高手中的高高手

Can’t log in

Only able to login in web the app always automatically logout then can’t login again

For some reason, I cannot sit up an account with this app. They send me a link and a link does not work. I don’t have a password. I can’t set up a password. This is a fail for me this has got to be one of the worst apps out there after all this time I still can’t do anything with it. It just doesn’t set up my account. Epic epic fail.

Network is great, international calling a bonus. I’m glad I switched. However the app doesn’t work, do not download.. you’re just wasting time to troubleshoot… stick to website for account access

It is good

I have been with straight talk wireless for over a decade and I wanted coverage for overseas. Straight talk does not have this feature though they advertise it. I read many reviews of Ultra mobile before deciding to switch. Now, some takeaways are that I did have superior performance with straight talk at my house and certain spots whereas Ultra mobile I have little to no coverage. I started this plan in April of 2024 and wanted to wait a full 6 months before giving a review. I give it 3 1/2 stars overall but 4 stars due to pricing. I have an Apple iPhone 8 Plus and I did lose a lot of my features. However, I’m excited that Ultra does give you a $5 credit for international calls which we plan to test soon! May come back and update this review should any issues arise.

When i add 100 dollars to my account, it was fine until the next day, it logged me out and whem i try to log back in, it says oops something went wrong, try again in 1h, i’ve try to do it again for 5 days now and still the same

Well you cannot call them for any technical issues. I was the only account on my plan and try to change my plan to a lower plan and couldn’t because I was on a multi family plan. I never had any idea about it once you called these guys they give amount of time to wait for whatever service or hopeful service that they can give you. The pros you of your phone bill and how much you want to pay cons are basically anything technical related that you would have to call them for.. I recommend six out of 10.
