I load the wallet with $2.00 every time before I get on the bus , but today it didn’t go through. And I got charged twice.

The update completely ruined what the app barely had going for it. A notable removal for me was you used to be able to click on a stop and see all the busses that would be going through. Now you can only tap an area and then it shows stop names in the vicinity with no note of direction (east/ west etc.) if you don’t already have a deep knowledge of the names, codes and stop you are trying to use you are completely at a disadvantage. Not sure why a feature would be removed in an update. Especially a very useful one.

The update is terrible. I can’t understand it and theres no other options for the bus routes. The times for the busses change every second and I always miss the bus. Bring back the old version.

Honestly, I just started using the bus! And I’m still trying to figure this thing out. Because of this update, it has gotten harder to get places because I don’t understand what’s going on in this app. You should’ve kept it the way that it was!

Stop notifications are not accurate as compared to the previous version.

the new update is so hard to use and gets rid of the intuitiveness of the previous app layout. I’m so bummed as I use this everyday. I miss when you’d be able to tap through a specific bus line & it’s running time, when it would be running the route you’re looking at. I can only find how to look at a route at a specific time, it’s either asap or with a time in mind. Does this make sense? The app used to have more flexibility. Also the visibility of the routes paired with the bus color on the same screen.

this app doesn’t update for real times of busses. the interface is completely different and causes so many delays for updated times

It was fine. Now it’s complete garbage. Just the fact that the ride page doesn’t show which direction a stop is so you have to click multiple things and then force crash the app to have it update to where you are. Put the lines tab back! Unbelievable how useless you have managed to make this.

All of my saved trips are GONE! I can’t add more trips anymore, I can’t plan a trip based on arrival time, only leave time. You don’t even deserve a single star.
