App does not allow notifications to come through even with phone and app settings set to make notifications. Does not show cloud accessible images and I have to log onto the uniden cloud web address. Night time camera is very fuzzy and will only keep with till I update my cameras to a new brand

The latest update has made the speaker inaudible and crackly.
Many people complained and i thought i’d add to it. It wouldn’t be such a bad app if you could actually see the cloud recordings in app. Instead you have to go to the website because it keeps saying there’s an error. JUST FIX IT ALREADY
None of my videos will save to the cloud even though I joined . Also there needs to be a way to turn off your camera’s in the app and to delete footage form your SIM card!
I have to go through chrome to log into the cloud to see any of my recordings because the app doesn’t work.
When checking the camera recording 30 seconds of footage is not long enough to see anything. This is USLESS.
3rd time now having to delete and re download the app from being unable to view my videos in the cloud. The page would come up with retry and a section to buy plan then wouldn’t recognise the login. Was instructed by help to log out and log back in but there in no option for that so all you can do is delete an re install
I’m sick of these cameras, sometimes they don’t go off when clearly someone is at my door and other times shows no footage but the alarm goes off. I also don’t get emails with the footage. The last update seems to be 11 mths ago. 🤦🏼♀️
