UniFi Access

Hello, I like the product of Uinifi very much. I bought Unifi DoorAccess. I often miss opening the door because of the short notification sound of Unifi Access app. It would be nice to have an external Wi-Fi ringtone. Will there be such an update for unifi Access? Will there be something like an external Wi-Fi ringtone?

the features that are there work well but there could be more features/customization. The intercom viewers should 100% act as audio intercoms between rooms. they also should be able to view the protect cameras. Less important but still cool would be being able to restart the network and see the stats.

My office building has two main entrances and I need it to monitor the activity. The clarity is pretty pretty good, but I would love the lens to be able to have a wider view. Other than that, it works fantastic. All of the features that I know about and use work fantastic. I love when you could put the phone near the system and it will unlock the door. You can also issue key cards, but be sure that you identify what key card belongs to the individual.

Looking forward to adding more devices so far I just am using a camera and a gate and it is very easy to use extremely clear and works. Perfect thank you.

The morons who designed this system, didn’t enable vibration notifications for incoming doorbell calls. So unless you keep your phone off silent like boomer, you won’t know if someone is trying to come in unless you’re actively staring at your phone all day. My building manager switched to this system recently and it’s deeply upsetting. I prey you don’t have to experience it.

UI Access as made many updates over the last year and the system and app are very easy to use. Ubiquiti is constantly updating and improving the features.

No matter if the camara, multiple camaras or doorbell are not connected to the Access Hub, you should be able to view the camara when you are in the access app, to view live the door opening and speak to the person at the door. Need Access and Protect integration. Please do this functionality on the App for cell phones.
