first of all .. all the products are not true to size , even size guide chart is not helpful .. if you want to exchange or return then they will change you 250 for the delivery charges and if you want exchange then they will change 50/- Now if you got any discount for first purchase then that will be reduced due to some minimum value order …

I have been visiting this stores in Delhi. Very nice shop. It is a bit expensive, but worthy, they will last for many many years. Sales men and women are very very good in helping us.

The app is excellent but the payment interface is very poor, most times you’ll have to have to try all three methods of payment to get your order through at last.

Most horrible format of ordering systems ever

Try to buy pants from the store but there was no sizes. And the sales person recommended to order through the website. After all the hassle of making filled up the form for account, when it reached the verification part , no code was send to finished the purchase. I had tried 3 times in different days thinking it’s the glitch but now I’m sure you don’t send any code only. Please, Stop wasting our time.

MR Ravi is Exceptionally Good in all fields of Handling Customer Beautifully, helping them to get their desired stuff without waisting time. He is Polite and too Professional also. I am coming here since 2020 but Never found any Salesman even 30% in comparison to Mr Ravi. You must have more such staff. I came two days back and went very happy courtesy MR Ravi .
