This has to be the worst ui in any shopping app i have ever used. Going through this app is like solving a puzzle. Take some suggestions from other shopping apps might be useful for uniqlo.

Hi….. I hope I could have seen the reviews before downloading and ordering from this app. I frequently buy from Uniqlo stores but my online shopping experience from Uniqlo is pathetic. I got one item missing from my order. The packet was not tampered and was intact. I mailed and called the customer care many times. But they failed to refund the amount of my missing item. Every time I called they just showed their long faces saying that we are sorry for your bad experience but we can’t refund the amount. For my mail about the missing item I got a reply after a week. Such a poor experience I had with Uniqlo, just don’t have words to describe. In totality I just want to say that pls don’t spent your hard earned money like this. There is no support for the Customers from there side like Amazon or other online platforms.

I wear XL size and it fits me perfectly. The fabric of this product is super comfortable & stretchable. I can wear it everyday however please provide more options of the cord set in winter wear also. The purchase from cyber hub UNIQLO store was comfortable. It had a lot of varieties. The staff was superb

Can’t honour their timeline commitments for Ready made products. Website is useless and customer just as slow. If you can’t visit their store go down to a H&M

Would greatly improve the experience of using the App if it integrated with the wallet app on iPhone and let you save your membership card on Apple wallet. Love uniqlo products nevertheless though!

Very high amount of shipping or delivery charges not expected with this brand. We buy a product many online brands like Spencer’s Zara mango and H&M but not this kind of high charges of additional charges. They give discount coupon of 300rs and charged Rs 250 addition charges what are the benefits of coupon so. Very bad.
