Downloaded app and paid for subscription. Doesn’t connect to my tv. It shows up in the wifi section I click on it then is shows a timer and nothing happens.

Started a free trial and it worked amazing paid for a quarter it worked for a few hours and now each time I try and use it I get buy now screen and can not use. Very frustrating!
