My child downloaded this app and made a purchase without my knowledge , and I tried requesting a. Refund and they denied it. After deleting the whole app off my phone I was charged a SECOND time and when I asked for them refund the second time they denied it again. DO NOT download this app it’s useless and a scam. Heavily disappointed.

i download this app for test my dialog viu hub. But unfortunately it not give trial without select payment. And hardware remote control is cheeper than 2 month subcription.
