the app got really buggy after the web app update
the block size is flexible and it makes it so hard to design and made my previous designs weird. i cant even go back.
Good app, but recently became difficult.
I love this app and use it for my business website! Easy to get a custom domain, easy to understand, easy to build a website! Until recently. They changed the way the grid works and it’s very difficult to work with existing websites. You pretty much have to start over from scratch if you’d like to update an existing one. Please fix this!!! My website looks broken if I update it!
Could be better
I just don’t see this app being worth hundreds of dollars a year or ever honestly. Too many glitches and I don’t believe they’ve done any true updates since releasing it. I used this website builder 2 years ago and I thought it would be better now, but nothing has changed. And I do mean NOTHING. Try working to make the app and I’ll consider upgrading.

I am not able to log into the IPhone App
Horrible Antiquated App
Downloaded hoping to use AI to quickly develop a web site, purchased a domain through them, only to find out they have discontinued their AI tool Gus that is all over YouTube being advertised as AI to create a site. Emailed them and they wanted to know how I had even heard about Gus, since they discontinued it and seem to no longer have any AI capabilities. They told me they could help me design a site- that defeats the whole purpose! And now my domain is held hostage by them for 60 days! Don’t use this app- it’s horrible!
Took my money
They took my money/hold my money and they never gave it back so I had a refund all my customers and it was just a big mess and I had to restart my whole entire website. I do not recommend this website builder so please do not get it. I had over $3000 up in this website and they took it off for me. It took it says the wedding was 14 days. I waited one month over 31 days so please if you choose to use this use at your own risk. Yes I did pay for the subscription to make the payout come faster never worked so I had to refund all my customers over $3000. Thank you for listening.
Not worth it!
I’ve been with universe for many years and I never had a problem, until now! Now in order for me to get support or help, I need to pay for a subscription!? Shows how much you care about your users! It will catch up to you! That I can promise!
Strange obsession with brutalism
The idea of the UX was great, until I felt a rush of nausea drown over me in less than 3 seconds of looking at literally every example built with this app. Locked into a single design style called Brutalism, which works for a whopping .0001% of any real product and dependent on a trend that no one ever really liked. I really dont understand the play here, or marketing. App Store images alone are blatant failures to accessibility and look like clip art smashed onto a kindergartener’s paper mache project
Ridiculous.
Can't sign in ... I'm on newest ios and iPhone model and whenever you try to sign in NO KEYBOARD shows up. So I'm just stuck at the sign in screen with no way to get in. What am I paying a monthly subscription for? Cancelling soon
