Great when you just bought the board game and the app is not up to date so you can’t download it ………

How many times do people have to mention that the sound doesn’t work before the glitch is fixed? We struggled with one of the solutions because the clue was told to us and we couldn’t hear it. The app is free but the game is not—your customers deserve better.

We can’t ply because the machine of the card 26 in the game “insert a coin” of “Heroic Adventures” is broken.

A very fun game but beware that the required app to play does not support ios15.x (iPad and iPhone) for the new short adventure pack. The only annoyance is when looking for a card number but finding out a wrong now accidentally. Would be great to using the app to find out if a card number is valid or not (like what Kosmos games are doing).

The Unlock! board game and this companion app is something truly unique and unlike any board game I've played before. Yes, some board games have a companion app, but this one takes it a lot further with augmented reality (AR), mini-games/puzzles, audio recordings, timed-based prompts, etc. (Not all features are used in all scenarios) Yes the app can be glitchy, which is incredibly sad when it happens because otherwise this would be a absolutely flawless experience. I give 5⭐ anyway, this is just too good to pass .

The game is very well done and intriguing. We had 5 players, all very keen and super into it. We had 15 min left on the clock (it’s a 60min game, so we were EXCITED) then the app crashed and everyone lost interest. Super disappointing. Either be a modern game, or an physical board game. Shame.
