Good content though

I found my company, connected but it transitions to a blank white screen, with sign in at the top and nowhere to actually put my credentials into. Tried creating a new user and same thing happens at the ‘create an account screen’ This is on iPhone 11. Can’t really recommend an app you can’t get into.

I was going through a tough time at home and came across Unmind being offered by my employer. I was able to book a session with a therapist in minutes just from my phone and didn’t have to do any of that awkward triaging you get with a helpline. Free therapy every week has changed my life. Thank you

I love this app and use it whenever I can. The recent look and layout update is ok but REALLY not liking the new app logo, black U on yellow background. So ugly. What happened!??

Got access to Unmind through UNiDAYS as I am a student. However, I don’t go to any of the universities listed in the account section. I go to a college not listed. I chose the university I did go to years ago in my account but I seem to only be able to use the website which isn’t very handy, I’d prefer the app. I can’t use the app because I don’t have an email for a university on the list or for a company that uses Unmind.

I can log into Unmind and use it through a browser, but on the app it’s insisting I need to find my employer (of which mine doesn’t link)??? Make it make sense

Signing up for this has honestly been the most stressful half an hour I’ve had all week.

I am quite restless due to anxiety and an overactive mind and the sleep waves and stories are a life saver. Please could the team consider branching out into more sleep stories or perhaps more varied ambience environments? Like say, dinosaur or prehistoric environment themed or fantasy and sci-fi themed. YouTube is filled with asmrtists and unique fantasy and sci fi ambiences to help people sleep. The hanging gardens of Babylon is definitely in the right thread I am looking for. Loving the app and the relaxing voices and ambiences employed in the stories and sleep waves as well as the meditation audios. Please keep it up!

There is a lot of content in this app which is great, but i don’t think the interface of swiping to the right is helpful. Also, the most annoying thing is, if you are starting a series, there is no useful way to get back to where you were, especially if there are series with similar names.

I’ve only had this for a couple days now and I love it, the only improvement I could think of: is the ability to save certain exercises or class to a playlist, that allows me to find all my favourite exercises in one place instead of having to scroll through all the sections to try and find them. But still I 100% recommend!
