First gsme on

It is great to write down my triggers and thoughts so I know when it may possibly happen. By writing these down it helped me to overcome it quicker this time. Thank hank you so much would highly recommend and I look forward to seeing the changes in my behaviours.

Great app

This app is very helpful in keeping thought records. It’s great to have it on the go instead of having to write on paper. It is definitely helpful in conjunction with therapy. One thing that could be improved is the export options. It would be better to have a pdf of each thought record in full rather than the cvs format, which isn’t complete and is hard to read. Overall, a very helpful and easy to use app.
