Lack of Features
This app is practically the same as Infinity. But you are severely restricted in both apps. Very little you can do in terms of account customisability. Adjustments to notifications have to be submitted via a physical form at a physical banking outlet. UOB also does not issue e-statements. Online banking only allows you to export transactions into a csv. The app also tries to compensate with various security features like using virtual keyboards almost everywhere and introducing slight delays ~500ms to debounce user interactions. Overall very poor user experience from a company making billions per year. I would say go for one of the digital banks if you want to self service and get things done fast.
