Do not use if your trainer is connecting successfully
I should have read the other reviews and not bothered. I was able to connect to Zwift before the update attempt. The update has failed after dozens of attempts. Now my suito will connect to Zwift, but it says there’s no signal. All other Bluetooth devices have been turned off, I have unplugged and plugged in the power cord several times, and have cycled off/on my phone’s Bluetooth. My phone has a strong connection to WiFi and mobile data is turned on. Do not bother unless you are not planning to ride inside anytime soon, and can wait for 3-4 days until customer service can reach back out to you.
