SCAM in Australia.
Guys, keep away. They will take your money super easy but are unable to withdraw to an Australian bank or credit card so you have to transfer it as Crypto and you’ll lose 20% at least and will be a huge hassle. Customer service is horrendous. Can’t warn fellow Aussies enough about this, keep away. And please don't respond with “the T&Cs are clearly listed etc.” just shows you guys are a very unethical company and should be more warnings against using you.
Dangerous
Keep your money away from it. They closed my account and provided no explanations at all. I had money in it and had to submit multiple tickets for them to at least allow me to withdraw the money. No communication, no nothing. Simply closed it. I was so afraid they would just keep the money to themselves. Stay away!! I’ve seen too many reviews of closed accounts for no apparent reason.
Maximum Friction
Tried using on pc and on phone app, absolute challenge every step of the way and ultimately just didn’t even let me sign up. Will select an alternative at all possible opportunities.

Withdrawinf
Can you guys make a way to withdraw our money already if we’re not in USA/UK. The opening a bank in UK thing or whatever it is is terrible. The even easier solution - create warnings about how you can’t withdraw easily if you’re not in US/UK. It’s so easy to deposit and so hard to withdraw - straight up evil.

You can not withdraw your money!
The absolute worst crypto platform
In the current state of the crypto market these platforms should be doing their best to help us consumers. I tried to withdraw a measly $16 (AUD) and ended up paying more than $10 (AUD) in transaction and withdrawal fees. If I thought I had a chance of winning I’d take this platform to court for theft.
