First off, I am new to crypto … only been investing in it for about 5 months. Others I knew were using so I wanted to try. I have been very happy using it. A detailed process … but easy to set up. Purchasing & selling is very easy. You can buy & sell with credit/debit card, Apple Pay, bank account & others. Some will have fees, others are fee-free. I think they offer about 300 coins/tokens to purchase, which is really not a huge amount, but they offer all the most popular. If you want some of the more obscure or smaller coins/tokens, you may have to go somewhere else for those. I highly recommend Uphold, especially if you are just starting out in crypto.

This app is great for learning how to trade. Gives prompts and levels to complete.

I was using them with no issues for a while with just little funds. I decided i wanted to get more into crypto and put about 30k into it. A few days later they lock my account. It took them 3 weeks to decide to just close my account. My funds were returned but there customer service is why I would never go back. I tried everything I could possibly think of to get ahold of ANYONE but nothing. All I was getting were automated responses. Terrible customer support. Never would recommend

Starting using Uphold when I wanted to find an exchange I could purchase XRP. They were the only ones and have been great supporters of all things Ripple and XRP. Lots of continued improvements over the years as well. Keep up the great work.
