Description

UpLife contains a collection of self-improvement journeys from professional psychologists, meditations, and exercises for mindfulness and inner transformation. UpLife is a framework for improving mental health based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Listen to guided sessions, answer interactive questions, immerse yourself in meditation, and add rituals to your habit tracker. All you need is 15 minutes a day that you can set aside for your own mental health.

Our application will help you overcome stress, reduce anxiety, increase self-esteem and motivation, get through a personal crisis, improve the quality of your relationships, and practice self-care.

The application features psychology courses based on cognitive behavioral therapy (cbt) for personal growth and self-care in various aspects of life. Each day of every course constitutes a session of no more than 15 minutes. Sessions contain audio or video material and interactive exercises that you can do right in the app. The sessions also employ meditation, mindfulness exercises, and bodily practices for maximum therapeutic effect.

Step-by-step instructions and simple explanations of how the body and brain work help you gain a better understanding of self-care and mental health, while interactive tools provide you with insights into your own psychology as well as applicable knowledge that can be put into practice immediately.

The habit tracker will help you consolidate new habits and remind you to continue your development at appropriate times.

Let UpLife guide you on your journey to a better quality of life!

UpLife Reviews

Costs less than a single therapy session.

While some complain about the price, I think it’s an affordable and quick way to get support for issues someone maybe dealing with. For less than a cost of one therapy session, you can get a wealth of resources in one app. I have started using it for several things I’d like to work on and have found much of the content and prompts useful. Thanks for creating this app! I’d recommend offering a free session or two for people to see how it works instead of requesting payment right away. But other than that, I think it’s a great resource!

Waste of time & money

JoeyFourfingers on

This app is basically the most expensive audiobook you can buy There’s nothing new or original or customized to the individual You’re supposed to listen to somebody read some random random words for nine minutes a day and hope it makes you feel better. there’s absolutely no reason to be spending $60 or more ANNUALLY for something you can get for $10 on Audible one time.

Not beneficial unless you pay

This content and information should be free to the general public. I understand the developers are trying to make a profit but we can deal with ads. Also, wouldn’t be surprised if the majority of the content on the app is written by AI.

I often struggle with self esteem and negative thoughts, but just a few episodes and I already feel better

Spend your time researching on google

You COULD pay for this app or you could do the research yourself through google based on issues you’re struggling with. I’ve found content within the app that I’ve used before through FREE google searches and sites. You can pat yourself on the back for FREE rather than wasting your money on this app.

If you don’t have money, you can’t get help

I am so sick and tired of mental health treatment being locked behind paywalls. I understand therapists and psychologists deserve to get paid, the people who made this app especially with how greedy Apple is, deserve to get paid. But why should that burden be on those who are already suffering and at their wits ends. Don’t pretend you care about mental health when all your treatment is behind a paywall it’s hypocrisy.
