A real resource

Often, learning tools don't give enough, barely touch the surface, or are very rudimentary. Not Uxcelpro. This app is a well-built library of all the information needed to learn UX/UI effectively. From the time of lessons to the quality and difficulty of the exams, arcades, leaderboards, projects, assessments, job boards, and certifications, everything is done just right. An example would be how lessons have videos attached to them to demonstrate an action, etc. Or how the leaderboards exist, yet they are not overpowered like Duolingo. Yeah, you can get to the successive league if you score x number of points, but we aren't going to harass you with that kind of vibe. The arcade games are a good challenge to test your skills and hone your design abilities. They get incrementally tricky as you go. For me, the most beneficial part of this app is that the exams are not so easy. They are worded in a way that enables you to think and actually know the concept instead of just recalling obvious words. I've had to redo certain lessons just to fully grasp the content. To me, that's a sign of a legitimate education platform. All I'm saying is that I am ten times more confident in my learning path with this resource gem. I don't use it as my primary education tool, but it easily can be used as so.

I love this app

As a junior UX designer it helps me freshen up on topics, test my knowledge and learn new tricks that help me in my work!

Blown away by the content

This app is setting me up for success designing my own app. I’ve been looking for the right UX/UI program for years and this beats everything.

Too buggy to rely on to promote yourself professionally

I bought a year of this service to learn UX design. The content itself seems pretty good, though I haven’t done much at other places. The problem is that they made some change in the code for their site and now my profile “skill graph” is totally messed up. I basically cannot send potential employers and clients to my profile as it looks very unprofessional. They said they were working on it but nothing has happened for many weeks. I spent a ton of time on this and now I can’t even use it to promote myself and my work.

Amazing UX learning in bite-sized lessons.

Great way to learn UX design, anywhere and any time

I absolutely love this app. It’s so well designed for when you’re on the go and don’t want to waste time on your phone but want something to occupy your brain on a commute or waiting in line. It’s great to feel like you can learn UX design anywhere and it’s a very good case study of good UX design as well! Would love to have the webpage gamified elements also available on mobile. The design games are fun and a nice simple way to practice the UX design knowledge and train your eye

Add more languages

The app is great for learning and very intuitive. However, it could be improved by adding a translator mode for articles, which would enhance language learning for users, such as those who speak Spanish. This feature could attract more users, given the large Spanish-speaking community.

More Work To Do

Cool app that has potential but the price point is extremely high for the limited value it brings. In addition, all learning content is read. Should compliment the readings with video or audio content and activities (for that particular topic, not random topics on a different tab) for different types of learners.

Best learning platform for UX on iOS

shinkhouse on

Uxcel Go is an outstanding mobile app for anyone looking to dive into the world of UX design. The app’s user-friendly interface and well-structured courses make learning both enjoyable and effective. The new Designr games are really fun as well. If would improve anything, it would be the ability to do the individual lessons that are on the web platform, but on the mobile app version too. But, Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced designer looking to sharpen your skills, Uxcel Go is the perfect companion on the go.
