Free version useless
Can’t draw straight lines, can’t even erase you’re drawings in the free version. Found the free version totally useless, definitely don’t need to pay $99/year for what they’re selling.
Great Service
I just took advantage of the Black Friday promotion and had a couple of questions that Don replied to ASAP. His reply was very helpful and I am looking forward to enjoying the service
Excellent support
Just recently subscribed to V1 Golf+. Had an issue with syncronizibg videos between Iphone and Ipad apps. Very prompt responses from Jon to help me resolve the issue. Looking forward to use V1 Golf+ which will definitely help in my practice sessions and improving my game.
Exceptional support
I subscribed but the features were not unlocked. Turns out I accidentally misspelled my email address for the subscription. Contacted support and received a timely response from Jon who fixed the issue quickly. Appreciate that a real person sorted this out for me and not a bot. Great job!!
Was Great Now Extremely Buggy
Has been very buggy since the update. I can’t slow-mo scroll through half my videos without the app freezing.
Great customer service
I originally had issues migrating my old lesson videos over. Jon T went above and beyond to help me and now everything is working great. Love having the lessons available easily on my mobile app.
Way too many emails.
App is okay, still finicky as some videos you can’t import. First day you download and make an account you get 6 email promotions from them. After unsubscribing you still get notifications. You are warned.
Great
Works seamlessly between multiple devices.
Prefer Older Version
Choppy unusable scrolling. Scrolling in reverse buffers. Won’t allow me to delete some swings, even if I remove and reinstall the app. I’d rather have the older version. “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”
