All of my lessons are in one place which makes things very convenient when I am looking for a particular video. I even had trouble finding where my videos were being uploaded and the “Help and Support” team did an excellent job of helping me out!
So far I’m very pleased. Had trouble loading a video. Lynn was very helpful in telling me how to trim my video! 👍🏻
I found myself with lessons posted to two separate email accounts: one active and one not. I requested help from V1 customer service to merge all my lessons into my active account. Lynn could not have been more helpful. My issue was resolved very quickly and accurately, and in no time, I was back in business. A very smooth process.
So thankful for the very responsive staff at V1 when I needed help. Was having trouble downloading swings from photo section on my iPad. They were not only very helpful but were very quick to respond to my needs. Thank you for the help.
I downloaded this and signed up for the trial. I took it out about two hours later to test how it would work at the driving range. When I open the app, it said I was no longer allowed to access the features. When I exited out of that pop-up window, it let me record a video. then later in the day when I check my email, I was told I successfully signed up and then I also had a separate email from Apple saying I had paid full amount. I signed up for a trial then the app forced a payment for the entire year immediately after that. I don’t understand why the company won’t even Respond.

Two things that would make this a must use app for me: apple/android watch integration for starting/stopping video or a way to just record me hitting and use AI to tell when I’m actually swinging and auto split the videos. Oh one more would be syncing of comparison videos (being able to play both yours and a pros video simultaneously after manual syncing of position, or even with a transparent overlay). The need to go back and click stop/start all the time just makes the experience slow and clunky. This doesn’t feel like a “true” native app (more like react native or similar, just a browser style shell for video panes) so it will probably take a full rewrite to build those types of features, but one can hope.
